A “live demonstration” of RF and microwave subsystems will be presented to shed light on our expertise and know-how to design, produce and maintain RF subsystems:
- Design: RF chart, RF performance simulation, mechanical & electrical CAD, datasheets, build of materials, acceptance test definition, compliance requirements matrix…
- Recommendation of RF components: worldwide supplier, ITAR free, certificate of conformity, specific development on demand
- COTS electronic board with HMI development: customized graphical user interface, management of the RF functions, voltage control, test sequence programming, test time saving, errors under tests reducing, EMC & electrical security
- Integration & manufacturing: tailor made harnesses (electrical wire, semi-rigid coax cable assemblies), RF components integration, support plates, marking... Our operators are all IPC-620 certified
- Acceptance test: coax cable assembly test & control, passive and active tests, measurement of the RF performances, electrical security, CE marking on demand
- Maintenance: obsolescence management, RF components deliveries, rebuilt sane subsystems as required, support to the design modifications…
